Most accurate OCR API
Mistral OCR 3 is the only flagship OCR API here with a published independent OmniDocBench composite (79.75); the other hosted APIs have no Tier-1 benchmark score, so their cells are left blank rather than guessed. OmniDocBench is saturated at the top and the highest scores belong to open self-hostable models, not hosted APIs. A light estimate, not a first-hand measurement, June 2026.
